OUR WALL GETS DOUBLEBUTTERED

The db cutouts we had made came back from the powder coater and went up on the rusty steel wall out front of the shop compound. We're biased, self-satisfied blowhards to be sure—but still, this is very fresh indeed. The rust and our standard blue and cream colors are fast friends and will stay that way for many years to come. Looks like we're now just a bit more conspicuous in the neighborhood.

WALNUT ARMADILLO NUMBER 1

It's nice to have a pressing reason to make a new piece. Otherwise you might never get around to it, you might continue to put it off. We gave ourselves a reason to build this walnut version of our Armadillo coffee table: to raise a bit of cash for the Architecture, Design and Graphics Department of the DAM. More photos, and more info, after the jump.
